The race-winning big brake kit formula that Wilwood Disc Brakes has developed over decades of motorsport experience has been applied to Polaris RZR XP 1000 UTVs. These new kits feature an entirely new caliper and rotor design purpose-built and engineered specifically for this UTV application. Fixed-mount UTV6 six-piston calipers are included for all four corners along with dynamically-mounted steel floating rotors that are 20% larger than stock. The increased rotor size improves thermal capacity for cooling while the differential bore caliper pistons increase pad life and maintain proper front/rear bias. Fade-resistant BP-10 brake pads are included with standard kits, and more aggressive, fade-free PolyMatrix E brake pads are included with race-spec anodized kits.
